I ordered a table and it showed up almost 3 weeks late. There were barely any updates, so I kept having to chase them for answers. it was frustrating

This just feels cheap the second you pick it up. For the price, I expected way better. Seems like everything these days is overpriced and made with the cheapest materials possible. Definitely not worth the money.

The furniture turned out fine, but the customer service was frustrating. The wording on the site made it sound like replies would be quick and that updates would be easy to get, but that really wasn’t my experience. I emailed twice and had to wait days each time. When someone finally got back to me, the response felt rushed and didn’t really answer my questions. I ended up chasing them just to get a basic update. Not the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to be clearer with their wording and much faster at replying.

I was excited to get this set up, it does look decent now that it’s together. But getting to that point was way more frustrating than I expected. A few of the holes didn’t line up properly, and I kept having to stop and figure out what the instructions were trying to say. What I thought would be a quick project ended up taking much longer than it should have. It’s not terrible, but I definitely wouldn’t be eager to put another one together.

The chair ended up being close to what I expected from the listing. The photos and measurements were accurate, and reading between the lines of the product description, I figured it would look about like it does in person. The only small difference is that the color feels a little warmer than it looked online, but nothing major. Overall, the info was reliable.

Uh, I’m impressed with it. The quality feels great, even better than I was expecting.

The box showed up ripped with the corners all banged up, which was already frustrating. When I brought it up, the response made me feel like I was being talked down to, like I didn’t understand what shipping damage looks like. Not a great experience at all.

I ended up finding a coffee table that fits my room really well and actually feels useful for the space. It took me a little while to decide, but I’m happy with what I picked.
